When will I receive my shipment?
Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days within the US. First Class mail takes 2-7 business days. Parcel Post can take 2-9 days. We are not responsible for USPS delays
Allow 1-2 weeks for international orders due to customs regulations.
Are all of your items in Stock all the time?
Most of our items are in stock at all times. Therefore, we currently ship 95% of our orders within 3 business days. If an item happens to be on backorder, we will notify you immediately.
Can I return and item for a refund?
The following conditions apply to refunds/exchanges:
1. An item may be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
2. Item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and packaging,Shipping cost to return the items is the responsibility of the Buyer
3. NO COD's accepted.
4. NO returns on custom orders.
5. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless a mistake was done on our end.
6. Items are refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed or through paypal.
7. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items on SALE.
8. Please make sure to specify what you wish to do (Refund / Exchange. If exchange, what would you like to exchange to).
